You also agree not to use our community to share false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive, or otherwise unlawful material. Posting promotional information for websites or entities from which you derive benefit, either as an affiliate, employee, owner, or in any other capacity, is prohibited. Users violating this provision may be subject to a charge of $2000.00 in advertising fees per violative submission, along with associated collection and legal fees. Posting copyrighted material without explicit permission, unless you hold the copyright or RebateUs.com does, is not allowed. By submitting content to our community, you grant RebateUs.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, copy, adapt, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use the content for any purpose and in any media. You also agree that any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques communicated to us may be used freely by RebateUs.com for any purpose, without compensation. Advertisements, referral programs, chain letters, pyramid schemes, solicitations, and links to online gambling sites are inappropriate on RebateUs.com's community platform. Users can report objectionable coupons by clicking "Report a problem." Upon notification, we'll endeavor to take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe, though immediate removal or editing may not always be possible. RebateUs.com reserves the right to delete any coupon at our discretion. You're solely responsible for your coupon content and agree to indemnify and hold RebateUs.com and its agents and employees harmless from any claims arising from your submissions.
Robots

If you have a dispute with an Affiliate Merchant related to RebateUs.com or site information, you release RebateUs.com from any claims or liabilities.

Amendment to Agreement
